2026 Fall Break - Pumpkin patch and corn maze attractions are another activity available during fall break at Washoe County Schools.

Through Saturday, October 31, 2026, Wednesday through Saturday 10 a.m. 7 p.m. Fall Festival features lots of attractions, including access to the U-pick pumpkin patch, wagon rides, horse and pony rides, animal petting farm, digging sand pit, hay bale maze and lots more. Get tickets online for the best deal.

The Corn Maze is open on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on September 19, 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on September 26. Open 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday October 3 - 31, 2025. This year it's a USA 250 corn maze. Visit the website for more details and online ticket sales.

There is a scary Corn Creepers haunted corn field open Thursday through Saturday from September 26 through October 31, 2026, starting at 7 p.m. Visit the website to get tickets and select times. (See more haunts at "Halloween Haunted Houses.")

A popular attraction is Zombie Paintball, where you can do battle with the undead. The battle wagons roll Thursday through Saturday starting September 26, 2026 and go till October 31, 2026. Visit the website for more details and online tickets.

The Andelin Family Farm Fall Adventure Farm is located on a real working farm in the Spanish Springs area of Sparks, at 8100 Pyramid Highway, about half a mile north of Lazy 5 Park. It's open Wednesdays through Saturdays from September 19 through October 31, 2026 (kids 2 and under are free), 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Admission includes a hayride, barrel train, meeting farm animals, hay bale maze for kids, and lots more. September 26 through November 1, 2026. Ferrari Farm puts on a big Halloween event. Wander through rows of pumpkins to find the perfect one, explore a variety of local vendors, and enjoy a lineup of special events happening throughout the season. From family-friendly attractions to weekend entertainment, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, Friday and Saturday till 10 p.m. You can go out in the field and pick your own pumpkin. Sunday, October 18, 2026, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Join us for the annual Verdi Pumpkin Patch, Verdi Elementary School's largest fundraiser. Held in a beautiful mountainside setting, this family-friendly event offers fun for all ages with costume contest, face painting and balloon art, bounce house and carnival games, food trucks and treats, and more. Don't miss the silent auction and raffle. And of course, pumpkins galore. At 250 Bridge St. in Verdi, just west of Reno.

Festival are every Friday and Saturday from September 26 through October 31, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. This year's corn maze theme is bats. Corn maze is included with admission. Other attractions include wagon rides, a pumpkin patch, cow train, zip lines, craft fair, and a variety of new attractions. Be sure to check the website for additional dates, details and online ticket sales. Lattin Farms is about 60 miles east of Reno / Sparks, at 1955 McLean Road, Fallon, Nevada 89406. Starts September 26 and runs through October 31, 2026. Corley Ranch will be hosting a weekend pumpkin patch that includes, pig races, farm animals, miniature golf, hay rides, straw maze, entertainment, and other activities like train and pony rides and a giant slingshot. You can also buy pumpkins and visit sellers of food, crafts, and other vendors. Hours are daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Weekday admission is $8 per person. Weekend admission is $12 per person, kids 2 and under free. There is an extra fee for things like the train and giant slingshot. On weekdays, some of the attractions may be limited. October 1 - 31, 2026, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. Wemple's Pumpkin Patch is a family-owned, family-run farm located at 450-525 Wemple Lane in Milford, California (Honey Lake Valley near Susanville). The Pumpkin Patch offers an old fashioned farm experience that makes memories for years to come. There are hay rides, U-Pick pumpkins, squash and gourds, a country store, cookhouse, hay maze, and a corn maze. There are lots of animals to view and enjoy. No dogs allowed on the farm.
